Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

Our deliveries are restricted to the UK only. We offer a standard 3 (working) day period of delivery.

Orders over £45 pound are free delivery. Anything under £45 costs £3.95.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We are unable to make adjustments to orders once they have been completed, so please take time to ensure that you have checked your items before purchasing. If you no longer wish to purchase an item, please follow the returns details below.

Returns

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

When making a return, a proof of purchase must always be provided.

If you receive a product that is damaged during the shipping process, we will provide a refund or exchange. Cost of postage will be refunded by means of the same method used for payment.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

We aim to process a return within 10 working days of receiving an item or order.

To ensure the transaction is smooth, please email orders@arcanahair.com prior to returning an item. This will aid us in swiftly returning, exchanging or refunding. We advise that receipt of postage is kept.

Can I return my product at an Arcana salon?

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange, or make refunds at the Arcana salons, they must be returned to their original place in which they were purchased.

What should I do if my package has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived please email us on orders@arcanahair.com and we will look into it.
